I don't kmow how to start the Velexia quest. I have tried different things, but can't seep to start it. Whenever i try to talk to her, her character turns to me, then back to her original position, no word or dialog showing. What am i doing wrong?
Do you mean the very first time, so her first quest? If I remember right, then her first quest with delivering the letter is posted on that request board right in front of the guard house. Not sure if a certain corruption was needed, but don't think so since its one of the first quests.
