I'm stuck after the second dose. I've tried everything recommended in the quests, but nothing happens.
The new quests after reaching stage 2 are currently underdevelopment and if you reload your save, their objectives will change to coming soon. An oversight on my part for how the quests are structured and will be fixed in future updates.
