how do you get hypnovisors besides randomly getting them put on you?
i think you can get some from the announcer in the arena area i think but Alex after going through his story he makes a simple hypnovisor that you can buy afterwards too
Theres one in the non restricted area of the medical wing that you get milked in

Guards can drop them if you fight them, they can also be put on you if you get caught masturbating in public
