I played the first game on the browser and was able to come in and out of it just fine, but after completing the game there seems to be no way to go back and retrieve my User ID? When I go back it tries to start a whole now game instead of taking me back to my old file. Do I need to replay it to be able to get a log in for the second game?

You shouldnt. If you don't find the userID, you can always go here https://datingkillmulator.com/SUPPORT/ and click "I lost my account and didn't pay for gems" and then make a new account for season 2
