You need to buy the modded items from the shop and then equip them inside your inventory on the "Others" tab.

For where you can buy the modded items, Items from the Modded Custom Room usually can be obtained through Annalie's Clothing Shop.
However, they all depend on the mod author's intention.

So the best thing for you to do is to check on both shops, which are:

• Annalie's Clothing Shop
• ladyparts.ic (BigDaddyHurt's Shop)

📝 But please keep this in mind that:

• Items added by mods (such as Clothes, Custom Room, or Sexbot Modules) may take several in-game days to appear in shops.
  This delay is based on RNG mechanics.
• However:
  • Items sold in the Convenience & Pharmacy Store will usually appear immediately after installing the mod.

🔨 DEBUG Menu:
All modded items can also be spawned manually using the DEBUG Menu (Developer Tool). You can use this tool if you don't want to wait for the RNG. Click on the version number on the main menu 7 times, and the game will give you a prompt to enable DEBUG Mode
