I've got the lastest driver (596.21) and i have a RTX 50 series GPU and a Intel 13th gen CPU. I've tried with many different drivers.
I did some research and maybe it's an issue with vulkan. I will try to find a solution to this, but since this is the first time something like this has been reported to me, it will be hard for me to know what's actually causing this. For now you could switch to opengl to try to make it work.

Unfortunately that's a consquence of downgrading to opengl. Your first order of business should be to find out if Vulkan is supported by your card (it probably is) and if it's installed and enabled. There's obviously something preventing the game from using vulkan.
Down below in the comments someone had a similar issue with a full black screen and they had to simply restart the game after waiting a bit.
