don’t know what you mean but if your mean like 2d and not showing all of the the naughty bits then yes they stay that way the entire game best thing you can do is imagine the animation version of it where it show such actions
trust me when it comes down to games like these the best thing to have is both creativity and your imagination as your artist and animator easier since there is actually a character you can view unlike a blank/static image
