Thats the time loop aspect of the game! The tutorial is technically on day 8 and the game loops because for story reasons you should reach a specific acacia amount. It should go from Day 8, to Day 1 through to Day 8 which then loops back to Day 1 until you reach a satisfactory amount of acacia.
