I am not sure how other creators will feel - but speaking for my self, there is never ANY harm in asking! Worst someone can say is "No"! And you won't know unless you ask!
I've been working on my first character. I don't think he is in Korean RPG style, but.... This.... is Joe! hahaha - "Lil Dude Joe" to be specific!! I have been working on him in the background but he is in NO way finished or polished. But so far he has idle, walk, and jump almost done, as well as pick up, carry, and axe attack animations in progress.
