Hi, this morning I bought the recent bonus context for DKILL 2 (the spin off), and when I attempted to play it, it was bugging really badly - screen cutting out all the time and it just went black. I just tried to play it again, it just shows an 'X' where the episode is, and I'm super confused as to why, when I bought the content. I have tried logging out and back in again. Didn't help :( Unfortunately I'm not able to join your discord to ask or make a ticket

I was able to fix it! however, I now have a different issue :( my games are not linked to my patreon or something, because I've lost all the benefits of being subscribed to the third tier of your patreon, and the bonus rewards you posted on patreon says my membership is inactive, even though it shouldnt be because I'm actively paying for it. I'm unsure whats happening and i dont have discord to message you guys :*(
