Howdy, thanks for playing. There are two storage closet scenes, depending on your enabled content, one where you help her out and one where you just watch. If you've unlocked one then you'd need to rollback/load an earlier save to choose the other option to unlock the other.
If you don't have either scene, it'd be because you either chose not to follow her to the closet, or had made enough bad decisions up to that point where her affinity was too low for it to activate.
