Out of curiosity, is there a rough timeframe from filling out the form to receiving a code? I understand that there will be many previous purchasers but one can wonder if something went wrong with the form and needing to fill out again.
I filed the form 2-3 days ago and today it was unlocked so there should not be a long waiting period.
I filled out mine close to day 1 and I have heard nothing back.
