Sub shouldn't be too bad or hard to do. Sorry but not really into futa stuff. I have some ideas to make it better all around but it will take some time to make the changes. I really want to get it working on mobile before making any other updates.
Updated it a little bit with what you were talking about. Still needs some work but should be a little closer to what you had in mind.
