He gets with the woman who raised you after you were abandoned, even though she (rightfully) thought he was gross and creepy and then he has sex with her in the house you grew up in, fully aware that you are present and powerless to stop it.
This is a perfect example of the rising subgenre of NTR called "Motherly NTR" in which the MC is humiliated by being forced to bear witness to the affection of his mother figure being stolen from him.
The semantics you are arguing are the same as the semantics of Murder vs Manslaughter. Regardless of intent, both murder and manslaughter are tragedies that are someone's fault.
What you're doing is akin to telling people that starving someone to death isn't murder; it's manslaughter.
It just sounds more and more like you're trying to justify what you're doing instead of listening to the audience.
You don't want to add the NTR tag, but you want these bad endings? And to double down, you want to add CGs for them?
Then add (Humiliation), (Cuckolding), (Rape) tags with those CGs, because that's what they are. Cuckolding isn't NTR by your definition, so you "aren't lying" if you do.
Choose a side. Are you going to keep dancing around the definitions or are you going to actually stand with your vision?
