I didnt find anywhere the patients evaluations anywher i found just two the 2 and the 6 can uou pls give me a hint or directly the place where are they
#2 is the only one I couldn't find. But #3 is in the room you Nym-pho chases you around and can only be picked up after you stun her, #1 is in the casino behind the gate (gamble enough to afford the second reward, or use Nym-pho's keycard on the coin machine), and #4 is in Nym-pho's room which you can access after getting her keycard. (There is no #5 at time of writing)
