Did you download the right version?
Did you extract it from the zip folder?
Do you get an error message or is it just not opening at all?
i unzipped and put the file on my desktop screen and when i double click it, it doesnt open at all with no reaction, i have the 7_25 version
PC or Mac, and when you mean file do you mean the game folder or the game.exe

Can you try right clicking the exe and running as admin? If that doesn't work I'd redownload and see if that fixes it, if that doesn't work I don't know without some kind of error message
