Well, the easiest way is to get enemies stack bondage items on you (+20 should definitely do it) and try to wriggle out of your bondage while they nonstop assaulting you. Eventually your will power and stamina will run out
It has to be mana as well
Well that is the easy part isn't it ? Chucking spells left and right until all of your mana is spent, then jump into the welcome arm of your enemies
