Moan mod is confirmed working with the game version 0.96.7. And the compatible version of MelonLoader is still the same version from before, which is MelonLoader 0.7.2.

Your MelonLoader Log doesn't even say that it's loaded the Moan Mod.
Which means you might install the mod incorrectly.
Plus, it seems like you installed the MelonLoader Nightly Builds v0.7.3-ci.2494.
This version of MelonLoader might not be compatible, so you should install the MelonLoader v0.7.2 instead.
