That is the intended behavior, but it depends on in-game conditions.

👉🏻 The moaning is tied to Jun’s arousal level (the Omega symbol on her stomach)

• The higher her arousal → the more frequent the moans
• If her arousal is low → moans will be rare or not trigger

👉🏻 Also important:

• The mod works properly only when Jun is active (not shut down)
• If she is in a shut-down state → triggers may not happen correctly

📌 2. If you are referring to My Installation Guide Video:

That video shows maxed behavior, not normal gameplay.
The frequent moan is possible through external software.

👉🏻 In that case:

• I used external tools to force Jun’s arousal to maximum at all times
• This makes her moan very frequently, even if I'm not putting the cock inside her

⚠️ That level of frequency is not achievable in normal gameplay, you need to use cheats to do that

👉🏻 In short:

• Your mod is working fine
• You are just seeing normal vs boosted behavior

If you want more frequent moans:
