From what you said on Discord, the game will have NTR, so it would be good for people to know that it will have that kind of content in the future, since people like me who play the game every update don't intend to keep wasting my time knowing that the game will be ruined with NTR/NTS content.
Just planning. If you read before, it was about ideas of adding optional content depending on what people request. Not specifically about NTR. For any optional content, you would have to go out of your way to find it, unless it fits well with the theme of the game. I guess it would be easier to understand what I mean if I said it wouldn't as opposed to it won't. There is no plan at the moment, since the game is still new and I have so much more I want to build. Thanks for the feedback. Also, the fat guy was meant to be the funny guy in the game, so that the game isn't so serious. I don't know much about what NTR looks like, but I had no intention of using the fat guy for NTR.
I don't know, bro. If you're telling one person you'll include NTR, but another that you don't, that you don't plan to, it seems like you're lying. I think you should be more firm with your answers and the content you'll include, knowing that NTR/NTS is so controversial. If you plan to create a game where the MC is with all the women, you'll attract a lot of people from the harem/vanilla community, but if you start including NTR/NTS content, or to put it more simply, scenes where a man other than the MC has sex with the girls, you're going to anger a lot of people in this community.
I was telling one person I'm happy to add content later on. If you, him or the community ask for something, I'm happy to add some variation which is the firm truth for any developer. It's a harem game so if I added something that doesn't align with that theme, of course it would be optional, not just NTR, but any content.

I appreciate you letting me know. There is no plan other than building ontop of what I already have. I'm just engaging with feedback and suggestions. Before any changes, smaller things like characters, events, or fetishes come from polls and feedback well before they’re added, not just right before an update. I’m not adding things like gruesome or non-heterosexual content. I know NTR is unpopular in the harem community, so I’ll factor that in, but the current direction of the game isn’t changing.
