Interesting take on the concept -- haven't played one of these types of games in a long time. The boss was a bit too difficult for me (the first one) but I was never good at these kind of games (matching colors fast).
It kinda got repetitive though after the first 3-4 waves and was hoping to find any sort of powerups or anything that would shake up the "change your colors" formula a bit.

This game was originally meant to have powerups, designed by me. This game was also going to have a rogue-like upgrade system, for example the drones that are activated in the Fusion-Mode were originally supposed to be an upgrade, and there were supposed to be two more playable ships to choose from. I hope we can reintroduce these elements back into the game post-Jam
Also trust me, this game got significantly easier towards the end compared to the early test-builds :D But I'm glad you took your time to play our game, hope you enjoyed it at least! ^_^
