Hey! Can you try running this command from a command prompt:
start %LOCALAPPDATA%\SongCreatorPro
And delete the "packages" folder and restart Song Creator. If that doesn't work, send me your config.json file and any logs in the logs folder.

Ok, i'll try that the next time I'm on the gaming laptop and i'll let you know. I got it to load up on this HP envy laptop and it works on here but this one don't really have enough memory to run it very well, made a song from a prompt but it took a while lol but i'll let you know when I try it on the gaming laptop.
