At the end of the chatper 1, you see there's "You kissed someone" and "Someone kissed you", pick the "You kissed someone", then rule out everyone and pick Nicholas. Also, you have to reach 44% affinity of Nicholas to get a kiss from him. Some gets his kiss, some don't(like me😭😭😭)
