You can change the language from “Options” on the title screen.
You can also adjust the key bindings there. If you're having trouble with controls, I recommend using the keyboard first to reach the key binding settings.

Could you please provide some additional details?
- Your OS (Windows / Mac, etc.)
- Browser name and version (if you're using the web version)
- Whether you're using a keyboard, mouse, or controller
- Any other unusual behavior you noticed
Also, if you're using the web version, I recommend trying the downloadable version, as it may work properly there.
