Sad there's no Mac version... Could you possibly still do that? From what I've seen this game looks awesome!
It's definitely possible. Unfortunately, as I've upgraded Unity since the last release, I can't get it to build at the moment. I'll have to have a look when I get time and see if I can do a Mac build.
