Playing through the newest intermission and I wanted to note down a few things that caught my mind's eye:
Porrim wrote a poem about her lot in life and specifically about being a jade. Mituna wrote a short story with heavy influence from his assumed destiny as a helmsman. Kankri wrote an essay about his stupid fucking pants. Where's the artistry in that?
Kankri was probably hit deeper than he knew by the "fuck the captain" lines in Mituna's story given his internal dialogue about being the self-appointed what-the-what and the Signless mind-stuff.
I really appreciate that Kankri's both stuck in his ways and willing to start to try to listen.
