Unfortunately I cannot add it to IOS. Apple has super tight security and doesn't have Open Source APKs like Android. Mods aren't allowed on appstores. It's also for legal reasons. But I can look into Mac.
You can install the Win version on a Mac, but you'll need a compatibility layer like Wine for it to work, or (which I recommend in your case) use an Android emulator and run the mobile version.
