Does this work with any plugins that allow for 8-Directional Sprites?

Plugins like DBS Diagonal Movement allow for Diagonal Facing Sprites. Does Character Creator V2 support diagonal sprites. I'm going for an Isometric Style for my game, and so I'm hoping to have forward, back, side, and 45 degree facing characters.
I'm not entirely sure if I'm going to be using DBS Diagonal Movement specifically, because I want movement that isn't locked to each tile. But either way I'm hoping to have Diagonal facing sprites, with sprite layers. I'm hoping to have race, clothing, hair, gender etc be customisable in my game. I'm going for a 3D to 2D style, I have a room set up in blender that I'm using to render 3D assets as Sprites, so in essence each sprite is going to have 8 directions as opposed to the standard 4 in most RPGM.
