Great idea for a supplement! You clearly know your Feudalism, and I love an educational rpg. The pyramid is helpful for understanding. I like the idea that a noble's tier includes their wealth and standing in addition to plain ol' military strength. Having a separate tier for each stat seems like it might be a lot to track, but it also lets different nobles of the same tier be distinct mechanically which is nice. Generating a hexmap from the political/economic relationships of the region's aristocracy is a neat idea that I haven't seen before. If you do keep working on this I'd be interested to see more about the affinity system and ways to track those macro-level relationships between the different noble factions. Thanks for sharing!
