we picked up two keys,accidentally muted all sound for most of the game, tried to direct someone to the supermarket, and then got stuck in an option loop (unless thats how its supposed to be played). good game
Nah, there's an end to that loop and you haven't reached the true ending. You're supposed to brute force it and memorize the sequence. Then the game changes the sequence again and you have to solve it again.
