If you are asking this after playing, you missed the option to make your character a futa.
i mean, ask any furry in the world and they'd probably answer with "futa/female is as gay as femboy/male." i know i would. futa is just a descriptor of a gynomorph, not a gender (even though people like to confuse the two). in fact, futanaris can be men too! i don't feel like looking it up right now, but there is a specific term for a male futanari.
