Sadly the (paid) NPC LCP seems to have a few issues with wording being unclear in certain areas, as well as having a duplicate ID for two of the NPC features, leading to those features not showing up in Comp/Con or Foundry properly. This issue has been reported 2 years ago and still hasn't been resolved.
