Is there a real answer to this? Someone said to read former comments, but there's no answer I see to fix and absolve this. It happened to me for unknown reasons as well.

Yep, coming up on about 6 months since I started getting this problem, and about 4 months since I sent in a trouble ticket, got the automated response that they got my message, and then nothing. I posted here with the ticket number and "admins were let know". Still nothing. I've replied to that email several times, and the last time, I suddenly got another bot response with a new trouble ticket number. Support ignored me completely and closed my ticket silently.
I would be shocked if this problem is ever even acknowledged, let alone fixed.
