Defeating master agasca first requires breaking his swords so his healthbar can get depleted, then you need to look for openings to use the pee laser on his "chastity belt" to break it, then you need to arouse him to make him fuck any of the girls, when his heartbeat rises he's finally vulnerable to damage. you might need to do this process a couple of times.
