So let me start by saying that I really love the game. I was playing .8.3 and realized that I somehow hadn't properly updated so switched to .9 and overall it's a real mixed bag and I'm only a few hours in. Generally love the base changes. The controls are...taking getting used to but that may just be because I am used to the old stuff. Though I think having to put something away before I can add something else to my inventory is tedious. But man the new signal finding method of triangulating... Idk if I am doing it wrong but it's terrible. Half the time the signal fades out before I even get all of the pinpoints moved. Idk why there were so many things added to make you take longer on everything. Now you need to upload the hash codes to a floppy disk, then upload them to the pc, then download them to a separate storage medium? Now we need to pack away these two audio reels? I don't really understand all of these additions. When am I supposed to be cleaning the base and exploring the map when all of this other stuff takes all of my time? Don't care for the new ATV battery stuff either. Just seems like an unnecessary complication to add to the vehicle. Other than that I like the new added content and visuals. Nice that we can take signs and posters down, the base looks real cool and has more added, etc.
