I have a small suggestion for an additional event without adding any new pictures:
If the main character has cheated too many times on their partner — for example, more than five partners (you can decide the exact number; this is just an example) — it could trigger a cheating scene from the other partner (Paul x Blaire when playing Claire, or Claire x Dax when playing Paul).
The idea is that the partner eventually becomes aware they are being cheated on and decides to do the same.
After that, it could either end in a separation or evolve into a kind of open relationship, which could also generate extra money, since the partner might start doing it for money as well.
If you wanted to expand further after such event and become an open relationship, you could also add scenes where the main character appears in the background of existing scenes (like prostitution ones), watching their partner with someone else.
