Can't speak for others, but I'm willing to bet thats not gonna happen. A lot of ppl aren't into reverse harems and it'd require redoing every cutscene from scratch.
Unfortunately making an option of 2 sexes means that they have to make 2 sets of animations for every scene which is a lot of work for smaller studios. Would be awesome if it were in here but unfortunately I doubt it will be
