Nipple penetration could be tricky, as it will most likely require a completely new set of nipples and a breast rig. It may not be a priority for now, but once we start the rework of the breasts (that can take a while), we might consider implementing this.
Fisting in general might be possible!
We could add some penetration variations for extra-girthy dicks and/or toys.
From the game’s perspective, a fist or hand could just be a toy with a texture swap.
It still needs more research, but it’s not off the table. 😁
