Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue :(
Linux + Chrome is my main platform. I’ve just checked on Firefox as well, and unfortunately everything works fine...

figured it out, ublock origin prevents stage 3 from loading. I'm sure a lot of people would be using this extension, so it might be worth looking into the cause.
EDIT: It is also ONLY level 3 that is a problem, level 4 onwards work after reenabling ublock.
