This game looks good so far, for the breast expansion content maybe don't have it as an option at the start of the game so it makes the quest to find the orb for it actually worth using other then just returning their breast size back to normal
Maybe also change the orb use so that it doesn't effect all women at once but unlocks a dialog option to trigger the change for each one individually so players can choose who gets huge breast.
for sure please add additional larger breast sizes, that way you can add more artifacts to find that trigger it
