Can you try this:
Go to Windows Settings -> Graphics
Click "Add Desktop App" and select Komadori Inn's exe from the installation folder.
This will add an item for Komadori Inn to the list below.
Select it, open "GPU Preference" drop down and select "High performance" (by default it is "Let Windows Decide")
