Well I have a plan for how the rest of the game will be structured, and I have no plan on adding NTR/NTS stuff
NTR is the best, man! Add some cheating like that.
The only good NTR is when the protagonist does it, but if it's done to the protagonist, you're a cuck, and from what it seems like this game will have that kind of cuckold crap, I'd better avoid this.
