Any help on where Veilbane's home is, and where to find elf ears? I feel like I'm soft-locked. I've scoured every location I know of and have no idea where to resolve these quests.
Its located in a tower in Twilight. To get access there, you need to talk to Morati in the dungeon first to trigger the quest to eleminate the dark elf rebels as far as I remember. You get the elf ears from those dark elves as well.
