How can I reset progress in this game? I love that the game remembers every playthrough but it makes it so difficult to start over and get all the endings :((

There's currently no way to reset your progress in the sense of starting over completely with the game no longer remembering your previous playthroughs, I would advise you to play on a different browser than the one you're currently using, I played the web version on my phone but if I go to play the same version on my computer it doesn't seem to remember the playthroughs I have on my phone
