Dude i cant play any online levels or saved levels. ReDownloading the File didnt help, and i have this issue for 7 days now

Make sure that it exists. It can crash anytime. If your account is gone, just login. Or, your internet has some issues.
You don't need an account to download levels. You need an account to upload your own levels.
