It's on the first map of the mountain pass you need to teleport to the hole with the rope at the bottom right. But for some reason I can't seem to enter after you break the seal. Don't know of that is a bug or something

yeah its a bug just play on 0.29.2 then load your save after youre in on 0.30.2
