Please try again and make sure to select the shape first, and then choose the color to apply it.

so I tried by changing the lip shape and then the colour but the shape once again didn't change. I tried on both the browser and the downloaded files but the results were the same.
Id also like to clairify that this bug is only on saved girls and not on the randomized girl that appear when you first start the game (hope that makes sense).
