I have a suggestion - I think there should be more places to get the last names of rot13 Wveb naq Ivgnyvan. The latter especially stymied me when I had so many characters pretty much pinned down (including her!) but her last name kept eluding me so I couldn't actually fill in those spots.
Also, the way to enter the epilogue wasn't that clear to me - I played most of the game through the drop-down menus trying to figure out how to solve the last few boxes until a random chance made me return to the map where it triggered
