I have the same on ch 2 but ch1 starts up just fine
Just reposting my answer.
I may be a bit too late with the response, but I found a solution. When starting the game hold Shift, there you can go to the debug menu. While in the debug menu change the powersave option to disable.I hope it will work for you as well.
