I don't even know how this could have happened. If the game saves via autosave (when the day ends) or manually by selecting a save slot, all information is saved at once, and when loading, everything loads at once. There is no situation where your resources or the day would load but everything else wouldn't. Maybe you saved in some strange way, for example, managed to open the save menu during a scene or something like that. Anyway, does saving and loading work aside from that particular save?
